Bachelor of Exercise Physiology

Eleni joined Rehab Options Injury Management 2011. Eleni has completed an Exercise Physiology degree at the University of NSW. Having completed practicum placements with CRS Australia and within Cardiac Rehabilitation at Sutherland Hospital during her final year.

Eleni has experience in providing rehabilitation programs for individuals with musculoskeletal injuries and cardiovascular diseases. With both rehabilitation and fitness industry experience as a Personal Trainer. She has worked with individuals from a wide variety of backgrounds, with both physical injuries and barriers to exercise.

Her previous experience in the provision rehabilitation programs for injured workers, as well as involvement in functional and ergonomic workplace assessments has ensured that individuals have been able to safely and effectively return to work and return to their pre-injury duties.

Eleni's current role integrates her up-to-date clinical expertise in pain and injury rehabilitation with the effective management of workplace compensation injuries.
