Kim Weston

Kim joined the team at Rehab Options Injury Management in 2011. Kim had significant experience in the management of Workers Compensation Claims for a global entity with multiple companies operating in Australia.

Due to his ability to interpret and implement WorkCover NSW policies, legislation and regulations, he attained high levels of success in achieving Return To Work Solutions resulting in significant premium savings. He has experience with RTW Procedures and plans also educating injured workers, management, and other relevant parties on RTW processes.

Kim's recognised abilities have beenenhanced by on the job application and his exposure to the strategies that the team at Rehab Options Injury Management apply resolve, to the best possible outcome, the varieties and complexities in injuries that are a day to day occurrence for our valued clients.

Kim's role is an engaged Return to work Co-ordinator looking after a number of corporate clients, adding in his own unique skills to provide the optimum return to work coordination of Workers Compensation injuries. Kim has grasped the concept of close contact with the claimants through excellent communication skills, work site visits/case conferences as well as ensuring only the best model of rehabilitation is adhered to and ensuring only competent, pro-active treating professionals are utilised.

Additionally, Kim demonstrates competence in calculating Workers Compensation payments/reimbursements from a career in this industry and prior experience in payroll.
