Exercise Physiologist

Bachelor of Applied Science (Sport and Exercise Science)

Kirsty graduated from University of Western Sydney in 2008 a Bachelor of Applied Science, Sport and Exercise Science. Her final 4^th year at university included practical placement work experience in the areas of Workers Compensation systems, designing and implementing exercise programs which allowed the clients to return to work on either suitable or full duties as well as health assessments on corporate clients, discussing their results and find strategies to improve their general health.

Kirsty prior to joining the team at Rehab Options Injury Management worked in the industry where she performed functional assessments and designed and implemented exercise programs and strengthening and mobility programs. The programs were both gym and home based. Her participation in initial assessments, case conferences and otherwise liaison with Doctors and relevant allied health professionals has assisted her integration into the proactive, professional Rehab Options Injury Management environment.

We welcome Kirsty to our team; her experience complements her role of a Return to Work Coordinator / Exercise Physiologist with the elite team at ROIMA.
