He has worked within those parameters to ensure that this client's Workers Compensation premiums do not exceed the level corresponding to the best possible outcome for each claim. His involvement at this requires him to discuss and negotiate the estimates with the Insurer, which is used to calculate the premium, and this is done at the annual claim reviews in order to achieve the best savings for the client.
