Return to Work Coordinator - SA Consultant
Adelle gained her considerable experience working with
Rehabilitation Providers and job placement organisations. Adelle
specialised in RTWSA & NDIS scheme working with individuals
assisting them to return to medically suitable employment. Further
her experience as job placement manager and site manager liaising
with employers / stakeholders on professional level to achieve common
goals. Liaising with medical professionals to address non vocational
barriers. Adelle engaged with the role and all the requirements to
effectively, professionally and compassionately coordinate
those workers affected by the unfortunate instances of
workplace injuries.
Adelle then included in her focus working as a Return to Work
Coordinator under the RTWSA Scheme. Adelle then underwent further
training and experience in dealing with workers compensation claims
and return to work policies. Adelle's role as a Return to Work
Coordinator using her formal training and injury/conditions
knowledge. Adelle will provide optimum return to work coordination of
injured workers in SA. Adelle has, of course competed Return to Work
Coordinator (RTWSA) Training.
Important to her qualifications that allow her to affectively
engage, Adelle has completed the following: Safe Environment for
Children & Young People (Through Their Eyes), NDIS Clearance,
National Police Clearance, DCSI - Working with Children, Mental
Health First Aid, Cert ll in Hospitality, Cert IV in Employment
Services and Cert IV Training and Assessment.
Adelle will be using her experience along with additional
training from our team so as to develop individual, elaborated Return
to Work Plans and accompany every injured worker in their journey to
a successful full recovery to maximum medical improvement. As part of
the team of Rehab Options Injury Management, Adelle will be able to
utilise the team and their considerable experience to engage to
resolve any barriers and obtain the best possible outcome for
employers and employees in a professional, compassionate and economic
manner.
