Jade is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist with
over five years of experience in rehabilitation, with a particular focus
on neurological and musculoskeletal conditions. She brings a strong
client-centred approach to injury management and functional restoration,
supporting individuals through all stages of recovery and return-to-work
planning.
Before joining Rehab Options, Jade worked as a Senior Clinician and Team
Leader at NeuroMoves Exercise Services - Spinal Cord Injuries Australia.
In this role, she led multidisciplinary teams, managed clinical
operations, and delivered evidence-base exercise interventions for
individuals with complex neurological conditions and disabilities,
including spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, cerebral palsy and
more.
Jade is passionate about empowering individuals to regain their physical
capacity, confidence, and independence following injury. She integrates
evidence-based exercise programming with functional, work-specific
rehabilitation to support durable return-to-work outcomes. Her
experience, leadership, and commitment to quality care make her a
valuable asset to the Rehab Options team. The Rehab Teams experience and
